Hi everyone I am just after some advice my dad has stage 4 follicular lymphoma and he had an xray on Wednesday and his doctor called him today saying he has fluid on the lungs only a little nothing to be worried about but has called him back in today to discuss his breathing etc..... any ideas on why or what we should expect ?
Hi and good to see you have found your way over to this corner of the Community.
I would take this being your dad having a good consultant and is ensuring they are not missing anything. Fluid on the lung, lung issues (I had this during my treatments) can be normal so it’s good that his team is being proactive, what will they do? it just depends on how bad it is so it’s never good for us to make wild guesses but they will take action if it’s needed - is someone going with him to the appointment?
Hi yes my auntie and his partner are going with him.. that kind of puts my mind at ease a little. Thank you
