Hi on 22nd of March I had extensive blood tests following treatment and later the following week (Thursday 27th March)had a telephone appointment with my haematologist and he said everything was fine, however some weeks ago I developed breathing problems after taking beta blockers which was investigated including a chest x-ray.The x-ray highlighted and abnormality after which I had a CT scan which revealed a 2cm area of soft tissue and I now need to have a Bronchoscopy this week (Thursday)and understandably I'm full of dread and trepidation as to what happens next I suppose I need reassurance.
Sorry to hear this JohnT2 …… I have not had the exact same issues…… but a month after my second Allo (donor) Stem Cell Transplant a CT showed a new 3cm ‘something’ on my lung……. a few weeks tests etc later it was found it had nothing to do with my Lymphoma…. 9.5 years on the ‘something’ is still there but not been a problem. Let’s look for clear answers soon for you.
