Hello,
Is anyone else with early stage CLL experiencing severe swelling of their under arm lymph nodes, a few days after Covid and Flu vaccinations?
They are approximately the size of half an avocado and very tender. Thankfully they go down after around 4-6 weeks, but it’s certainly disconcerting to say the least. My consultant doesn’t seem to be particularly concerned, but just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this too?
Thanks
Hi Crispin different type of blood cancer for me (2 types of rare Non Hodgkins Lymphoma)….. but post vaccination Lymph-node swelling has been part of my life for many many years.
I was first diagnosed back in 1999 at 44 and my GP insisted I get the flu jab every year so this was the start of the post jab swelling.
I have had 2 Allo (donor) Stem Cell Transplants so I had to have all my childhood vaccinations done again and yes the post jab swelling happened after most of the jabs….. it’s a good sign of an immune system responding.
