Hi everyone, I have just had my 2nd positive HPV result and gutted! Huge row with my husband over the usual has he slept with someone else; I know he hasn’t but just makes you think and accuse! Told my mum and she’s now blanking me! Adding to the complete feeling of being dirty and ashamed. I know this isn’t my fault, I know the science but feel very broken.

I do not have experience of cervical cancer myself, but I noticed your post was unanswered. Hopefully someone with expereince of HPV will come along soon and share their experience with you.
I am so sorry that your mum has blanked you because of this. Im sure she will come round, once she understands that this is no ones fault. I have looked at the information and support page about HPV and have put the link HERE for you. Maybe you can share this with your mum.
