How long is the wait from having a biopsy and MRI done?
I was seen on Monday where a biopsy was taken, then received a call on Tuesday to book in for an MRI which was for the next day.
I am just wondering what the average wait time is for results

It’s very hard to say how long you’ll need to wait for biopsy results and the results of your mri scan as it varies between hospitals and how busy they are, availability of staff etc. I waited a week for biopsy results, and was booked the following week for an mri scan which took a couple of weeks to be reported on. But my tests took place 6 years ago, so things can be different now. There are some ladies in the group who have just been through this or are currently going through it so will be able to say how long it took for them.
Did they not give you any idea when you would get your results? It’s really hard during this waiting period, I know.
