Hello ladies

I hope everyone enjoys their day today however you are spending it. Thinking of everyone still going through treatment or about to start or have surgery in the new year. Also missing the many ladies who haven’t posted for a while and hoping you are doing well.

Let’s hope 2023 brings good news for everyone who needs it, and successful outcomes!

  • Hey Sarah... thanks for the good wishes.  And I wish all good things for you.  I hope you are enjoying your Christmas time and again, thank you for all you do on here xxx. I wish the best for all the ladies on here who are going through this.

  • Hi

It’s lovely to see your name pop up, Julie!

I hope you’re continuing to thrive and do well, and are enjoying your time over the festive period. It’s nice to relax and do very little in our house! Continued best wishes going forward.

    Sarah xx

  • Happy New year x

  • Hi MasM....they seem happy with my progress thus far and say there is nothing that they can see but I go for my 1 year MRI scan in Jan/Feb, so fingers crossed xxx

  • Hi Sarah!  Our house has been manic.  Far too much testosterone with four boys and some of their friends!!  Not to mention noise.  All is calm again now though and I love to see them all.  It sounds like you're having a lovely peaceful Christmas!  Are your family going to come and visit?  Whatever you're doing (or not) I hope you're having a lovely time.  Lots of love xxx

  • Hi Julie

To be honest I’m not a fan of this time of year at all, and am always glad when it’s over. I don’t get to see my own daughters-one has just got engaged and is spending the festive season in Mauritius with her fiancé and the other has been spending the time with her future in laws, though they came to visit a couple of weeks before Christmas which was lovely.

We spent Christmas Day with my in laws, which is always a challenge, but the benefit was not having to cook Christmas dinner in our own house. However we didn’t have to stay there long. I find missing my own family and how things used to be for me very difficult at this time of year, but need to give myself a bit of a shake and get on with just enjoying having time off together. I’m glad you had a good time with your family-I’d be happy to have the noise and fun of a nice get together!
