Hello ladies
We’ve often talked about how hard it is to adapt after our treatment ends-feeling scared, feeling a little like we have been “abandoned” after the endless days of going to hospital and having people take care of us.
There is an excellent paper which was written by a Dr Peter Harvey which is shared often around the community here and which I have gone back to read over many times. I’d like to share it with you today in the hope that those of you have come through treatment will find it helpful in navigating the post treatment life.
After The Treatment Finishes, Then What?
Sarah xx
