Hi so yesterday I got a call to say they having a MDT (I believe that’s the term she used) meeting this morning and will contact me about it this afternoon. I’m so nervous feeling anxious but also can’t wait to find out where I go from here I just can’t focus at work checking my phone constantly x
Hi Gemm
Yes, it’s an MDT ( multi disciplinary team meeting) where all the team-oncology, radiology etc-discuss the results and plan the way forward. At least you’ll know the outcome of that this afternoon. It’s an anxious time but you’ll know the way forward today, hopefully. xx
Hi Gemm
That’s really good news in that your cancer must be an early stage to have the surgery option. But it is major surgery so you’ll need to look after yourself and give yourself plenty time to recover. At least you don’t have too long to wait-get it over and done with. xx
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
