    Hi Jackie

I am in a similar situation with bladder cancer only just diagnosed. I feel so dreadful. I cant shake a depressing feeling. Worst bit is when you are drifting into sleep then wake up and are reminded out vad things are. Ive been given diazepam to help sleep. Dont feel like food. Are you similar?

  • Hello Jackie do you know about the charity Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust? There are lots of ladies on their forum in the same situation and they also have a helpline and information pages. I have found both them and MacMillan very supportive.

I hope you find this useful

    Hello

Thank you for your reply and I did not know about no cervical trust thank u for telling me about it is the site on Google?

  • Yes, if you google Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust you should be able to find it. Their helpline is closed on Sundays but should be open tomorrow. The forum and information pages are there all the time. They also have an Ask the expert section. MacMillan's helpline is open every day I think.

Hope you find the Jo's trust website easily.

Yes im exactly like that. Do you have anyone to talk to about it. I find it all consuming. My mind is constantly going over everything. Im usually a positive person but im really not thinking positive thoughts at all. I dont want to talk negatively to others but havent anything uplifting to say.

Its good to talk to you as we are at similar stages. Do you manage to eat much?  Ive usually got good appetite but im struggling even to snack on stuff. I hate losing weight.
