You must have had the treatment at a hospital. Did they give you the phone number of a clinical nurse specialist? Failing that coukd you phone the consultant's secretary? Also you could make an appointment to see your gp or practice nurse & take the letter with you.
You could also contact the Jo's cervical cancer trust for advice & support. They have a helpline & a forum.
From your results it looks as though the hospital should be sending you a follow up apoointment. Is there a chance that you got the histology report before your appointment letter arrived? Phone the hospital or your gp.
