Is your doctor sending you for an ultrasound scan? That's usually what will happen and then you would see a gynaecologist if you need to. Lots of people pass through the site with similar circumstances and get the all clear, so try and take one step at a time. If you are getting anxious you could call your gp and chat about what she thinks might be happening?

I know it’s easy for me to say, but please try not to worry too much. It sounds like your GP is listening to your concerns, which is wonderful. Hopefully it’s nothing to worry about and is ovulation, as you say. 

Maybe you can share your concerns with the GP? I’m sure additional tests will be arranged if there’s anything unusual which is happening.
