Hi everyone I would like to introduce myself my name is Carol and I am new here. I was diagnosed yesterday with metastatic breast cancer of which I am still in shock. I had stage 1 breast cancer in January 2021i had chemotherapy, radiotherapy and I am currently on lettrazole for 10 years. I always new at the back of my mind that the cancer would come back but not as quick as this. I went to the doctors a few weeks ago with a slight cough which did go after a week the doctor sent me for a chest X-ray which did show up some nodules on my lung they then sent me for a ct scan which did show up something on my liver. I then went on to have a liver biopsy which concluded metastatic breast cancer. Is there anyone that has had a similar experience I would be grateful if you could give me some hope and encouraging words.  Xxx
