Hi, my mum has widespread bones mets for over 3 years. She had CT scan which shows inflammation in lungs and still awaiting results. She had skull mets and developed a droopy eyelid for over a week.
She went A & E and they said go to oncologist to investigate with suspected Horner syndrome or brain mets. She wasn’t considered for an urgent scan has she doesn’t have any other symptoms.
I would be grateful if any one could share similar experiences .
Thanks
Hi Faith2107
I haven’t had the same experience as my metastasis was to my liver, but didn’t want your post to go unanswered. I am sorry your mum is facing challenges. It sounds like her oncologist is the best person for her to talk to. If the symptoms do seem to be getting worse she should seek emergency advice.
