Hi I have secondary breast cancer in the bones and have developed various areas  of pain which halve successfully eased with radiotherapy and chemotherapy but in the last few days I am experiencing a short sharp pain in the top middle part of my back   I will contact oncology  tomorrow  but tonight i am worried   has anybody  out there experienced  this

Speak to your team tomorrow, but I have experienced both xx

  • Hi yes I have secondary breast cancer with mets in most of my bones.  I have pain in my spine.  I had really bad pain in the top middle of my back.  I had one session of radiotherapy for this a few months ago.  Over the last three days the pain has come back.  Today is the most painful it has been.  I am waiting for another MRI on my spine and also nuclear body bone scan.  I have just doubled up on my tramadol.  What pain medication are you taking for it?
