I can't help with experience of these two drugs but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again.

I did a search in the group to look for previous posts which mention abemacicib and fulvestrant and found these for you to look through.

Hi Daisy, Just read your post. Have you had a look at the Faslodex/Fulvestrant thread in this forum? I don't have any experience of combination drugs but have the Faslodex injections every 4 weeks. So far, so good. I have been on these since June 2023 with minimal side effects. Feeling fine physically but my head has to be reset to positive mode now and again. That's the real challenge.
