Hi guys
I was wondering if anybody could help me with? My sister can no longer manage at home & needs to be in care, who do i need to contact to enable this to happen?
Every week she ends up in hospital & her "cancer treatment" gets cancelled because she is too ill to tolerate them, then is sent home with no home help
I live in Australia & its super frightening that this seems to be her fate. I was home to look after her in November & have seen first hand how difficult to it is to get assistance
I really need help
