Hi
I’m new to the site , it all started for me about 8 weeks ago from having my mammogram and biopsy to being diagnosed with early stages breast cancer lobular cancer originally I was told lumpectomy a radiotherapy 20 mm lump , they gave me mri enhanced which showed limp was larger and needed mastectomy also showed something in other breast , so sent for non enhanced mri to be told would need bi
teral masectomy , then the mri now has thrown up subtle bone changes
so I have had a bone scan and ct scan which I am waiting on results could the mri be wrong doubtful I know , anybody else experienced similar ?
Good morning, .my story is quite similar to yours..I was diagnosed with primary BC in may 2020, my first CT scan was clear, however in September I was scanned again for other reasons and it showed changes, or thickening of the bone indicating cancer.. I hope you receive good news from the scans, however I've been doing well since secondary diagnosis September 2020 and leading a normal life
Take care
Jools xx
