Hi, has anyone had an issue with 10x or 20x normal ALT levels with ribociblib? I’ve had 2 cycles which have killed all symptoms but my LFTs are crazy. Had a liver ultrasound scan and all is totally normal. Plan is to reduce to 2 instead of 3 tablets per day if and when ALT gets back to normal. Just worried because I’ve missed 2 treatment cycles now!
