Dealing with cancer cachexia when being told your cancer has gone

Please help. I'm going through hell dealing with many many problems. I'm certain I have cancer cachexia but no one is helping me..the extreme bullying has mentally tortured me to the extreme. I'm fighting my right to life on every occasion and in every way. Can someone please help

    I hadn’t even heard of this before; it sounds really frightening. Like most of us with secondary cancer I have lost a fair amount of weight and don’t have a great appetite. At least I can eat and Fingers crossed tone1eight has stabilised; what help can you get to stop the drop? Have you tried contacting your local hospice? They often have nutrition specialists and might be able to help. I am sorry if this adviFingers crossed tone1s asinine; I just want to support if I canFingers crossed tone1

    Cachexia is the wasting of muscle, seen in ~50% of people with end stage cancer, as well as some other diseases. Assuming your cancer is indeed gone, do you have any other conditions that could be causing it? Heart problems, kidney problems, bowel problems?
