Guilt

Hi Glittery welcome to the forum and you have nothing to feel guilty about and you are more than good enough.

Ill join you in the club not eating enough of the right things _hey who doesn't love cake? Don't  drink organic green tea_Yuk give me a cuppa of ordinary tea any day.So you are not alone in that.

However, I'm wondering  what has happened that makes you feel so bad about yourself?  You should not feel like a failure at all what could be so bad thta you feel like that?

"I'm obviously facing imminent death" supporter who is a couch potato in elasticated trousers only getting up to use the toilet between episodes of Midsomer Murders and to get more chocolate and make a cuppa.

Every morning I wake up surprised I'm here, feel grateful and vow to change my ways, go for a walk and nip to Asda for some fruit and veg.
