wanting a bit of a straw poll and to ask if anyone has experience of breast reconstruction?
I have to make the decision pretty imminently whilst mets are stable. I thought I would jump at the chance but now I'm not sure. There is some research to suggest that surgery ( of any sort) might actually trigger recurrence of cancer.
Your views / knowledge , as always, would be hugely valued

I haven't been in the position to have to make this decision but I noticed that your post hadn't had any responses.
You might find it worthwhile to join and post your question in the breast cancer group as there'll be a lot of people over there who will have had to make this decision and who can share their experiences with you.

When you have a minute it would be really useful if could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis.
