There was a great article on BBC breakfast yesterday about rest and sleep and how getting enough impacted on overall health.
It's towards the end of this programme link. Might be worth a watch!
Thanks Helen I will definitely take a look. I can't complain really as I did have 3.5hrs sleep prior to waking! Which for me is amazing. Obviously still not enough but it's progress!
Love it!
Although sadly with the dark circles under my eyes, I'm not far off the Panda look But not quite as cute!
But no sleeping on the sofa YET, off to walk the dog, then doing a food shop then weatherproofing the fence and shed!
Maybe then I'll collapse on the sofa or better still sleep tonight! You never know! Xxx
Full of empathy, LondonLass. Didn't sleep a wink last night. Full checkup on Tuesday and onco appointment on Friday. So scared and worried. The constant apprehension and worry that this disease causes us is unspeakable. Hope we are rewarded in our next life, if there is any next life so to speak
Sorry to hear you had a rough night too Baki! You should of popped on here for a chat We are a proper couple of night owls let's hope we both get a bit of sleep tonight xxxx
Yes hope we both manage to get some sleep tonight. Feeling so tired all day but still unable to nap
