Hello,
unfortunately my diagnosis has worsened recently as my metastatic breast cancer has spread to the lining of my brain and is very hard to treat and has a poor prognosis. My team have put me on Enhertu to try for more time. I’ve only had one cycle so far, 10 days ago. Straight away I had extreme head pain so was admitted to hospital and gave everyone a scare. Since coming home this Tuesday I’ve really struggled with nausea and vomiting. It’s all encompassing. I’m struggling to drink water and have no strength or energy. The morphine and steroids make me feel really drowsy. At first I had domperidone but didn’t do much and am now on metroclopramide. Not much different though.
Ive had 4 hospital admissions in the 2 months of knowing about my cancer so am reluctant to go back! But will wait until Monday and contact them as I can’t go on like this.
Has anyone else been on Enhertu? Any tips?
Thanks
