Anastrozole 1mg

I’ve been on it for 13 months and from what I’m reading, brands and the time of day you take the medication can result in different side effects.

i found a brand that suits and my Oncologist said to take at night before going to sleep.

i get hot flushes which I can manage. I also find walking and drinking lots of water helps.

Always report your side effects to your oncology team for their support & guidance. The important thing is to try and find what’s right for you.

Hi there, thank you for your reply, I have so far had 2 different brands. I take it before bed. Not sure if the side effects will eleviate in time. I will monitor. Much appreciated x

there is a post on here The 5 year pill,  in the replies a user lesleyhelen has included a spread sheet on all the brands - I don’t know how to include the link but search for the word Glycolate and it is the 3rd reply. It’s a great post.
