Morning everyone. Not getting much sleep this night after Kadcyla #8 of #14 earlier today. I’m having terrible stomach cramps and diarrhoea, which started about 10am. I’ve got all the meds as this has happened before - I also only have half a colon from colon cancer surgery previously so diarrhoea is constant as a result anyway - but this seems to be on a different scale. The Buscopan doesn’t stop the cramps as previously, which bloody hurt and come and go. I’m constantly going to the loo and I feel really sick - could well vomit. No temperature but I’m feeling shivery.
I am bloody miserable. Just want to be well enough to sleep, which is what my body desperately needs. And I’m worrying that this means the end of Kadcyla for me because I’ve already had two dose reductions 
I don’t fancy this again

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling very well after Kadcyla. I suggest is it hasn't improved by now that your ring your chemo unit to get advise from on of the nurses.
