DCIS ER- PR-

• Hello,  no I did not have negative results so I needed to go on Anastrazole, a hormone blocker.  You will not need that medication as it only works if ER or PR positive.  They may have checked for HER2 also but not routine for DCIS results.  Take care.  

Yes mine were both negative so no hormone treatment needed. Just surgery and radiotherapy for me.

Do I take it you had a lumpsectomy as you had radiotherapy?

No, full mastectomy as a large area of high grade DCIS with some small micro invasions.
