Just wondering if anyone is or has been on the above drug and if you could tell me how you managed on it and what we're your main side effects?

I had paclitaxel as a treatment for endometrial cancer. I also had carboplatin alongside.
Main side effects, hair loss (I managed to keep a lot as used the cooling cap), tummy effects, fatigue and some lower back pain. I had some numbness and tingling in hands and feet. Avoiding infections was important. Most side effects can be helped with medication or dose changes. I found also the side effects were similar on all cycles.

I had 12 weeks of paclitaxel after 3 cycles of EC and count myself lucky that apart from the day I had the infusion, when I'd feel tired, I didn't have any other side effects.
