So I have breast cancer, I've had a right mastectomy and lymph node clearance. I'm currently going through chemotherapy which will.be followed by radiotherapy and then tablets. I currently have a swollen lymph node under my "good" armpit and I have an appointment next Saturday to have it checked and a possible biopsy. I'm so triggered it's overwhelming. Has anyone experienced this before? My cancer pharmacist says it's probably in reaction to the chemo but I'm terrified it's spread there too. Thanks
Hi, I noticed your post hasn't had any answers yet, as the site is quite busy, but my response will bump it back to the top and hopefully someone with the right experience will be along soon, best wishes
Hey I had pain and swelling in both armpits during chemo . I was checked out but it was a reaction to the chemotherapy ( EC)
I hope all is well , good to get checked out for your peace of mind
hugs xx
