Hi
i thought I should share my experience today following my results meeting. I was worried sick about the meeting and was expecting to be told that I would need radiotherapy as soon as my surgery has healed. But I had positive news. My cancer was contained within a cyst and a small amount was found at the outer edges. The cyst was removed and the outer edges were cleared with a 1 mm margin. So no further treatment required apart from a check up in six months and yearly mammograms for the next five years. Just hoping that others may find themselves in a similar situation. I feel so lucky. Love and hugs.
