I’m still confused .. since 2020 first was stage 3c was an her2 positive he positive anyway long story short failed on herceptin after 4 rounds it traveled to neck so it not anywhere else they thought in my lungs last year but tiny so 3 tdm1 later gone but I still don’t know what I am . Am I metastatic or why am I on kadcyla for life. Tried asking and one said I’m a minor stage4 like ok . Other said because my neck . I can’t get straight and as to why I’m on treatment for life. I feel like a fraud because I don’t have straight and for anyone as to why treatment not finished. I feel like I’m in a grey area. If I stop treatment now am I at anymore risk than the next person . It makes it difficult to fill out forms as I don’t know if I qualify etc. I do have inflammatory arthritis which does get me down but I wonder if the treatment making it worse etc. my scans stable so I wonder if time to walk away from it. I’m tired of feeling I shouldn’t be on treatment etc

I naturally can't answer your question, but it might be worth writing a letter to your oncologist to ask for your specific diagnosis and why you are on kadcyla for life and if you stop it now, are you at more risk. ie all the questions you want answered - in bullet points.
As you seem to be getting different answers, by writing a formal letter and asking for a written reply you may get the clarity you need.
