Hi I feel so rubbish in the mornings takes me ages to sort my self out . I don't know if its because I'm led down all night and in the morning feel very wishy washy . Any tips to feel slightly bett when I get up, anything I can take any answers much appreciate xx thanks
Are you still having treatment? I found it really hard to get going in a morning during chemo, it does get better over time.
I found it helpful to try and wake up at roughly the same time and then give myself time to wake and get up, so I'd have a drink and take it back to bed, read, catch up on Instagram, listen to the radio.
Hi I have just had my first cycle of EC maybe I was hoping for too much too soon I know its early days but can't wait to hopefully turn that corner and feel a bit normal. I will take that advice on board thank you xx
Yes my EC was every 3 weeks, the first 5-6 days I did very little but got progressively better as the days went on. I knew I was feeling better when I got up and started cleaning. By the third week I was feeling relatively normal.
Be kind to yourself.
That's good to know that will also be a sign to me im feeling better is when the bathrooms get cleaned and washing done. Can't wait really xx
