I've been told i have stage 2 grade 3 breast cancer but not very clear on course off treatment i think it's so hard to get my head around it all so not coping very well
Sorry to hear of your diagnosis, I think we all know just how your feeling right now. Shocked, overwhelmed and like your whole world has come crashing down I expect. I found the waiting so difficult, just wanted to get rid of ‘it’ but I think when your treatment begins or you have surgery you’ll start to feel so much better mentally because you’re on your way to starting the fight back. If you want to share anything else about your diagnosis or have any questions you’ll get lots of support here or you can ring the Macmillan helpline nurses available 7 days a week x
My diagnosis also changed after surgery. I’m now triple negative, grade 3, which then meant chemotherapy was strongly advised. Another blow because I’d thought there was a good chance I’d avoid chemo too so I know how disappointed you must feel. Quite apprehensive but I just want to get on with it now!
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
