Node clearance.

Can anyone tell me what they experienced in arm/shoulder/armpit area after clearance. I’m nearly 4 months post op and a week post radiotherapy. My armpit is quite swollen as well as my chest scar. I get sharp pains in my armpit and pins and needle type sensation in my arm and hand. My elbow is tender in one part that also goes to my wrist. I’m not sure if it’s the radiotherapy that has had the effect along with nerves mending.
