Does anyone know how to ease Seroma buildup under my scar, bilateral mastectomy so painful BCN thinks not enough to need drainage but it's so painful it's effecting my recovery and mental health . They told me to massage it but it's not going .

While I don't know the answer to your question I've noticed that you haven't had an answer yet so as this is a busy group I thought I'd bump you back up the top of the discussion.
I suggest getting on to your bcn again and explain how it's effecting your recovery and mental health.
