Hi all I am new to the group so don't really know what to say but I was diagnosed with breast cancer on New year's Eve and have had 2 surgerys and have had 2 lots of chemo I was wondering if any one else knew if the side effects would be considerably worse the second time compared to the first have been so poorly with second lot
Hi there, sorry to hear you' e been struggling with side effects. Chemo affects us all differently but I would really recommend you call your nurse or your cancer helpline to see what they suggest. My experience is that they really want to help manage side effects with medication and even adjusting the chemo dose, so it's definitely worth talking to them. Best wishes
Hi thanks for talking I took your advice and spoke to the nurse and am seeing them on Friday
