Iasibon tablets/ibandronate acid

I am not on these tablets but am on a 6 monthly infusion of bisphosphonates (zoledronic acid).  I don't know what the difference is but perhaps you should contact your oncologist to see if there is an alternative.

Hi I have been on the same tablets about a year now, am on letrozole aswell so never sure what side effects are from which ! I get a bit of heartburn now and again  but I'm really careful about taking them, lots of water etc xxx

there is information on Ibandronic Acid here  it does list nausea, flu-like symptoms and bone pain as side-effects. It sounds like they should stop after a little while, but maybe give your clinic a call as you were fine before. Best to check it out.
