I too do not have the answer. However also post menopause....just. I believe pre menopause ladies would be concerned regarding treatment effects on fertility and their cycle. Which is not now an issue post menopause. Post menopause I have 'enjoyed' multiple, often severe hot flushes for an extended period of time. Plus very poor sleep. Now having HER2+ treatment. Hot flushes come and go, but used to them anyway so no big deal. Have never slept so well during treatment! It's brilliant. Except occasional night (like tonight) when on steroids when I do not sleep at all. Not the end of the world. Hope that helps.
