Hi I'm just in recovery from masectomy on the right and had lymph nodes Axillary clearance after finding 1 abnormal cell doing the biopsies on lymph nodes.
Quite early recovery 1st week. Having spasms on top back of arm and bit of swelling shoulder blade area.
Does anyone else experience this 1st week since drugs have worn off after 48hours?
Nurses say it's the nerves after surgery and body healing.
Ok in myself taking small steps. Eating and drinking ok and taking regular pain relief but gets uncomfortable when moving around but it's good to rest but move around when u can.
