I worry a lot too but have found chatting to others really helps, we all feel the same.
Just a thought, but a nurse at the hospital recommended rescue remedy to me and it really helps calm me when I go for appointments. It’s all natural so it won’t have any adverse effects.
Hi thankyou for the information about genetic testing I will let my daughter know and basically just demand it be done … trust me nurses do make the worst patients that’s a definite, hoping that my stubbornness will help me through the journey I’m about to embark on xx
