Hi all
Am new to all this techno stuff so trying to find my way around.
I’m a 67 yo and was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer in October and had a lumpectomy and sentinel node removal on 28th November. Saw my surgeon on 6th Jan for results. Lump was 2.2cm grade 3 and there were traces of cells in 1 of the 3 lymph nodes. The margins of the lumpectomy weren’t even and she planned to do an inferior something or other shave but on examination there was insufficient breast tissue in the area so I’ve been referred on to the Oncologist (appointment is this coming Tuesday)
I also have a 1.5cm lesion on my right kidney which was discovered before I had the routine mammogram which showed the breast lump. (Breast surgeon doesn’t think there is any connection to the breast cancer) and two haemangeomata on my liver which are being monitored.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
