Hi Birahae,

I had same diagnosis as you. I had my op June, chemo July to September and radiotherapy in October. I am now on daily Letrozole and 6 monthly bone infusions.

I just wanted you to know there is an end to all the treatments with good recovery.

I wasn't a fan of chemo however needs must and it was doable. 

The stress and worry is very real. Please be kind to yourself. Seek support from macmillan nurses and cancer care. This forum is good for support and advice.

I am doing well thank you.

I am building up my strength.

I just need to learn that I had aches and pains before cancer and not to worry myself that it has returned when I feel an ache.

Our heads always go to worst case scenarios and have to work our way back.

I am getting better at rational thinking but think it will take time.

But I am doing so much better thank you xx
