Hi

Anyone else had no response from the McMillan nurses when asking questions on this website?

  • Hi

I have always had replies from the nurses to any questions I've posted.

I've had a look at your activity and can see that you've posted 3 questions since you joined the community. Each one has had a reply. If you click here this will take you to your activity page where you can see the replies you've had. You will need to scroll right down to the bottom of the page to make the website reveal all your activity.

    I hope this helps

  • Thanks for your reply. Is that general questions in public section? I’m talking about nurse questions, I have had email replies in the past.

  • Hi NanaQueen,

Im Dylan and I work in the online Community team. I hope you are doing well today.

The nurses will reply to your questions in the Ask a Nurse forum as seen in this link.

You should receive an email notification to the email address associated with your online Community account. Please let us know if you are not receiving the notifications and we can look into that for you.

If you have any more questions you can email us on community@macmillan.org.uk.

    Best wishes,
    Dylan

  • Hi again

No, the replies I had were to questions I'd posted in the Ask A Nurse section of the online community.

The nurses don't reply to posts that are in the groups (public section) as they are for people with personal experience with cancer.

If you have had replies in the past, which of your questions in Ask A Nurse haven't you had a reply to recently as I can't see any of your posts that haven't been answered?
