Hi everyone,
This is my first chat ...took me a while to work out what to do as not great at this technology stuff, but glad I made it...so hello from me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last week and it is wonderful to know there is support out there. I am not sure how I feel at the moment as I am in shock...but good to know I'm not alone.
Hello and welcome . Always a friendly ear here. There's a lovely chatty awake thread where we talk/whinge/rejoice about anything. Just go to last post, hit reply and say hi. It helps to fill in your profile so when anyone clicks on your name they can see your journey .
here's link to awake .
Hi there - having never known anyone close to have BC is terrifying as it’s unknown territory for me but finding this forum shows we are not alone and probably chatting about what’s happening to us may help us tackle our fears. Good luck with journey and I hope it’s not too long before you know what your care plan is - I should be getting mine next week- that’s when I think reality will hit me.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
