Cancer for the fourth time

I had  neurndrocrine tumours in my appendix and small bowel in 2006, had surgery . Then in 2010 had breast cancer in my right breast. Had a lumpectomy and all my lymph nodes removed. Had cancer in my liver last year 2021. Had a liver resection. Now been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in my right breast. Been seen by the hospital to be told I have to have my breast removed. Started on  the tablets  letrozole along side multi vitamins
