It's not too much to ask at all! I wonder if it might be worth phoning other pharmacies to find out if they have different brands available? I have Accord too and, so far, have been fortunately spared the headaches... but then I am not someone who generally suffered from headaches in the past.  I've a friend who's on letrozole who told me to take it at night before bed so that I slept through some of the side effects. I do get side effects (hot flushes and achey joints and muscles - which I've been advised to do regular exercise for). Sorry I can't be any more helpful about brands - I'm sure there are many people who will read this who have some more useful advice and will be able to suggest how to make sure you get a brand that suits you.

Hi there, I have been on Letrozole for 5 weeks now and managing ok so far.  I have read about other ladies in here who have “shopped around” different pharmacies for the brand that works for them and some even requested it successfully.  From what I can understand, some people do react differently to the different brands so finding one that works can be important. Perhaps your oncologist or GP can help or advise. Good luck
