Hi all
First time posting and may make little sense or just ramble.
My wife was diagnosed and was thought successfully treated for Bresst Cancer a few years ago.
Unfortunately, the cancer has returned and it is Stage 4, having metastasized in her bones and on a few organs.
Trying to get my head around the fact the woman I have lived with for 30 odd years could be here for many more but so easily could be gone tomorrow.
She has told me I need to start reaching out for help both physically and mentally now rather than when it becomes too much. I have enough trouble with my emotions as it is and feel as though I am riding a roller coaster every day.
Hopefully by being on here I can talk to.like-minded people but also share in others experiences and also get pointers as to where I can get help for various things as we go through this awful journey

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that your wife has been diagnosed with Breast again. There is a family and friends forum that you can join to get support from others in your situation. You will find it in the cancer experiences section of the groups section of the online community.
Wishing you and your wife the best of luck as you both go through this journey.
Best wishes
