Hi, so sorry about your diagnosis. I was not given any choices, but I am almost finished chemo with surgery late summer. My lump was large (56mm) and now with chemo it is 10mm so a positive response and a smaller lump to remove. But the thing I have learnt on here is that we are all very different and the treatment is very personal and bespoke. I hope your breast care team are able to give you advice and answer questions.
