I have been offered full or partial radiotherapy with Tamoxifan after the partial and am not sure what is best for me Any advice ?

Welcome and sorry that you have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I would take the radiotherapy as it helps to make sure that the cancer is gone . While there are some side effects with radiotherapy they are not as bad as the possible side effects with chemo. I finished radio therapy on Tuesday and I had hardly any side effects from it. There is a radiotherapy therapy thread on the diagnosis and treatment section of this forum where you can get advice from people who are receiving radiotherapy.
