Hi diagnosed Sept 2019 as above, had EC then Paclitaxel and Carboplatin. Followed by lumpectomy, radiation then a complete hysterectomy in Oct 20. Waiting for first yearly mammogram
Just seen surgeon regarding mastectomy and I’m so confused most of the options seem barbaric. Anyone had a double MX then immediate reconstruction at 65 years old?

I'm sorry to read that you have recently been diagnosed with TNBC. I haven't had the same type of cancer as you but I do know how difficult it can be when you are given treatment options. All I can say is that there's no right or wrong decision, just the one you feel is right at the time when you make it.
