I am trying to find a support bra for post lumpectomy, any advise?
Thank you so much for your kind and reassuring words. I hope you are doing well now xxx
I am also having a sentinel node biopsy before the lumpectomy, that is worrying me more than the surgery!
I have had 2 emergency c sections 13 and 8 years ago...I have told myself that the lumpectomy can't be as bad as those were!
Thanks again! These chats are really helpful x
That's so lovely! Your such a helpful and kind lady x
Arrr - Thank you for your kind words. I am, when I was your side - I was in a right state, mood swings, anger from out of no-where. So mixed up and confused. I did download a few 'mindspace' apps (you know the name as gone), they were free and show different ways to relax, even just a 60 second or 2 minutes mediation type of thing really did help focus back to the here and now. I would say this will be like a walk in the park compared to emergency c sections - most definitely.
If I can help just let me know and I'll try xxxx
In the meantime....
This is just what I needed today....it's so true isn't it..worrying won't change anything.
Meditation is so helpful isn't it..I need to start doing this..
Thankyou so much, you are so kind xx
